  • Green Coffee Bean grows in mountainous areas. It is literally a coffee bean that hasn't been roasted
  • Green Coffee Bean contains a compound called Chlorogenic Acid.

  • Green Coffee Bean contains a relatively elevated amount of chlorogenic acid.
  • Chlorogenic Acid is renowned for its ability to boost the metabolism. Of course as we all know metabolism is defined as the conversion of food and stored fat into energy for the body to use.
  • People who are overly sensitive to caffeine can usually tolorate Green Coffee Bean because the Chlorogenic Acid is a milder boost than caffeine.
  • Green Coffee Beans also contain Caffeoyl Derivatives, Saponins and Polyphenols.

  • Gotu Kola is traditionally used to increase the cognitive processes and thus make one feel as if they have been energized.

  • Glutamic Acid:

  • Glutamic acid is an amino acid that is formed from breaking down protein in the body.
  • Glutamic Acid is the precursor for glutamine. The human body uses this for several different bodily functions. Glutamate an excitatory neurotransmitter, meaning that it supports the nervous systen at the cellular level, (it helps nerve cells in the brain send and receive information from other cells).
  • Glutamic Acid is also important to athletes.
  • Muscles need glutamine to perform during exercise. Athletes use glutamine as a supplement to increase strength and speed.

    Help Me Choose:

    Schizam “Energy Unleashed!”

Where does my energy come from?

First of all, we all need to recognize that energy is a word we use to define feeling uplifted and able to navigate and accomplish hourly or even daily goals. An energetic person seems to always be on the move and from outside appearances has enough drive to take care of all of the day’s tasks and then some. Feeling lethargic or tired can be an inhibitor. In general, those tired feelings are what people look to get past when considering energy boosting supplements

Energy is delivered to the body through the foods we eat and liquids we drink. When we eat, our body breaks down these foods into four categories. Those are nutrients, carbs (carbohydrates), protein and fats. Each of those compounds are then broken down even further to be used to supply the body with what it needs. The main source of immediate energy comes from carbohydrates. Sometimes we use more energy than the volume of carbohydrates than are available. If the carbs have been depleted, the body can utilize protein and fats for energy. The conversion of food into energy is called metabolism. When people talk about metabolism they are actually referring to the chemical reaction in the body’s cells that change this food into energy.

How do I boost my energy?

As mentioned before boosting one’s energy is really a feeling. The actual mechanical process that produces energy is called metabolism. In other words, boosting energy is the same as saying boosting metabolism. There are some tricks here. Some would say that a shot of caffeine just before a workout gives the energy needed to complete the workout. Caffeine is known to increase alertness. It works by blocking the effects of adenosine, a brain chemical that makes you feel tired. At the same time, it triggers the release of adrenaline, the “fight-or-flight” hormone associated with increased energy. The downfall is just that, once the effects of caffeine where off there’s a fall. Some, in the workout world, would call that hitting the wall. There are other metabolism boosters as well. Any food that converts to glucose (sugars and starches) will also give short boosts of energy. Endurance athletes use supplements full of glucose for mid-race energy boosts.

What is the difference between caffeine and chlorogenic acid?

Interestingly enough is the fact that Chlorogenic Acid and Caffeine both come from coffee beans. The chlorogenic acid is cooked out during the coffee bean roasting process, leaving the caffeine as one of the active compounds.

Chlorogenic acid is the primary polyphenol in Green Coffee Beans, and research links it to several exciting health benefits. There are an increasing number of people that view coffee as a healthy drink because of the information that new research on Chlorogenic Acid is conjuring up. Some of the purported benefits of chlorogenic acid include positive interaction with glucose and insulin, a beneficial effect on blood pressure, and healthy cardiovascular function.

What does that really say? It says that Chlorogenic Acid is being studied and the test results are showing that it’s a heart healthy supplement that gives you a little boost of energy. When comparing it to caffeine Chlorogenic Acid is hands down the better compound to include in a metabolism boosting supplement.

Balanced herbs, vitamins and amino acids vs. Caffeine and sugar?

There are so many “ENERGY” supplements available. Most of them are generic combinations of caffeine and glucose. Both caffeine and glucose will definitely give a person a temporary boost of energy and then comes the “wall” or the “cliff”. Both the wall and the cliff are of course metaphors for coming to an abrupt end to the energy boost that the supplement provides. Some people even experience so much of a change that there is moments of depression and one can even feel the need to take a power nap. BUT… who has tome for that in the middle of a workday?

A better way to experience a long lasting, even flowing boost is to use a supplement that combines several types of boosters. It takes vitamins, minerals, amino acids and the right herbs in the right strengths to provide the energy boost everyone is really looking for. L-Taurine and L-Carnetine are perfect energy boosting Amino Acids. Vitamin B6 and B12 are the energetic vitamins that should be in the best energy supplement. Siberian Ginseng, Bitter Orange and Green Coffee Bean are some of the best herbs to put in the perfect energy formula. And guess what??? Schizam “Energy Unleashed” has them all.
